Our purpose is to enhance the well-being and safety of individuals, families and children.

Relationships;depression & anxiety; stress; gambling & other addictions, drug and alcohol misuse, family & domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma, grief, self-esteem, illness, sexuality, loss of employment and other personal issues. Psycho-educational & theraputic groups & workshops.
