Fees

Until 2008 South West Counselling offered a free service to all. Due to rising costs a small fee structure was commenced in 2008

Counselling. Currently the fee per session is:

  1. For Centrelink card holders: $10 per session
  2. For families with a wage income: Below $50,000 is $30 per session,  Over $50.000 is $50 per session.
  3. For employee assistance. No Cost. Your employer is billed

Mediation. Differing fees may apply. For assistance with parenting plans the first three hours are free. Charges may apply on a sliding scale after the first three hours.

Fees may change over time depending on the level of government assistance we receive.

Fees can be waived in cases of financial hardship. Please discuss your financial situation with your counsellor who will make this decision.
